Note: If you are experiencing difficulties, our Technical Support staff can most easily diagnose the problem by viewing your machine's backup logs. There are 2 ways to Transmit Logs - using the Enveloc Administration program or by using your Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express mail program.
 
How to Transmit Logs
OPTION 1
Step 1) Open the Administer Screen by double clicking the Remote Backup Icon on your desktop.
Step 2) Click yes to send the logs to Enveloc’s Technical Support.

OPTION 2
Step 1) Click the Start key on your computer, then choose Programs/Enveloc Remote Backup/Send Logs.
Step 2) Click yes to send the logs to Enveloc's Technical Support.
