To calculate your monthly fee:
First, total the size of the files that you want to select for backup, and then look at the rate schedule above to determine your rate. For example, if you select "Up to 4GBs" of data to backup using Enveloc Pro, then your rate will be $19.00 per month. (Note: there is a minimum monthly charge of $10 per machine.)

Archive Storage Rates (WireBack)
Files saved using the WireBack feature are charged based on the total amount of uncompressed data Enveloc stores on its servers.

SEC/FINRA Clients: Due to additional storage required for compliance, a 50% surcharge will be applied. Please contact us for details at installation time.

Support for Total Control Backup is via email. Additional live support is available.
Live support for TCB is charged at the rate of $100 per hour with a 15 min. minimum. A credit card is required
