My backups aren't working! What should I do?

First and foremost, send logs! Security and privacy are a top priority for us, so without logs (a detailed record of the application's activities) Enveloc staff has very little information about what problems your backups are running into. Once we receive logs, we will diagnose the issue and contact you with a solution.

There are some common culprits. Since most of our clients schedule backups after regular business hours, it is critical that the machines running Enveloc do not sleep, hibernate, or spin down your hard drives after any period of inctivity.
