Your monthly rate is always determined by the amount of data stored on our servers. If you have recently experienced an increase in your bill, it simply means there has been an increase in your storage.

In some cases, this is because Enveloc has been told to back up folders which aren't necessary- files which are easily replaced (Operating System files, Program Files, installation programs, downloads, antivirus definitions, etc). Sometimes, our clients will move large amounts of data into a folder Enveloc backs up every night, not realizing it will be stored and will add to their bill.

Review selections and remove unnecessary data from backups.
