How do I recover lost folders/files/documents/email?

Use Enveloc's restore menu or (business customers) call Enveloc for assistance. You can request and download the files, or we will send them to you on a flash drive or external hard drive. An Enveloc installation and the encryption key used to encrypt the backups are required to restore Enveloc backup files.
